Every LSJ Regal piece is made to order. That means before we cut a single seam, we are already thinking about you — your measurements, your moment, your vision. Customisation is simply the next step in that conversation.
WHAT WE CUSTOMISE
At LSJ Regal, every piece in our Collections can be customised in two ways — colour and length. These two choices allow you to take a piece that already speaks to you and make it entirely, unmistakably yours.
Colour
Each piece in our Collections comes in a curated set of colourways — chosen with intention to reflect the mood and story of the collection. If you have a specific colour in mind that is not listed for your chosen piece, reach out to us. We will let you know whether it is possible and source accordingly.
We design with modesty and dignity at the centre of every colour choice. LSJ Regal pieces are made to elevate the woman wearing them — in colours that command presence without demanding attention.
Length
We offer length customisation on select pieces — skirts, dresses, and palazzo trousers. You may request a shorter or adjusted length based on your preference and height.
Please note: LSJ Regal only creates pieces with hemlines at or below the knee. We do not offer above-the-knee lengths. This is not a limitation — it is who we are. We design for the woman who understands that covered is commanding.
OUR DESIGN BOUNDARIES
LSJ Regal was built on a clear design philosophy — modesty, dignity, and the kind of elegance that does not need to expose to be seen. Our customisation options reflect this completely.
We do not alter necklines to expose cleavage.
The necklines of our pieces are designed as they are for a reason. We do not modify them to create deep V's, low cuts, or any design that exposes the chest or cleavage. The LSJ Queen is powerful in her coverage. She does not need to bare skin to own a room.
We do not create above-the-knee hemlines.
All LSJ Regal pieces sit at or below the knee. This applies to all customisation requests without exception. If you are looking for a shorter hemline, we are not the right fit — and we would rather be honest with you now than disappoint you later.
We do not compromise on modesty.
Every customisation request is reviewed against the LSJ Regal design values. If a request conflicts with who we are as a brand, we will decline it respectfully and honestly. This is not inflexibility — it is integrity.

DOES CUSTOMISATION COST EXTRA
It depends on the request.
Colour customisation: If your colour request requires us to source a specific fabric not in our current inventory, there may be an additional cost. We will always confirm this with you before proceeding. No surprise charges — ever.
Length adjustments: Minor length adjustments within a standard range are typically included at no additional cost. Significant alterations to the construction of a piece may carry a small additional fee, which we will communicate clearly upfront.
In all cases, you will know the full cost before you commit. We do not begin production on any customised piece until you have approved both the specification and the price.
HOW TO REQUEST A CUSTOMISATION
Customising your LSJ Regal piece is a conversation, not a form. Here is how it works.
01. Choose your piece
Browse the Embrace Collection on lsjregal.com and identify the piece you would like to customise. Note the style name — for example, the Tola Wrap Skirt or the Lady LSJ Straight Cut Dress.
02. Tell us your vision
Visit lsjregal.com or DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp. Tell us the piece you want, the colour you have in mind, and any length preference. Be as specific as you can — the clearer your vision, the better we can serve it.
03. We confirm what is possible
Our team will review your request against our design values and current fabric availability. We will come back to you with what is possible, what it will cost if applicable, and an honest timeline.
04. You approve — we begin
Once you have approved the specification and any additional costs, you complete payment and we begin making your piece. From this point, your customised LSJ Regal piece is in production — made for no one else but you.
05. Your piece is delivered
Your customised piece arrives packaged with the same care as every LSJ Regal order — tissue, ribbon, and a handwritten note. The experience of receiving it is as considered as the piece itself.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Customised pieces are non-refundable. Because your piece is made specifically to your colour and length request, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to ask every question before approving your customisation.
Production timelines may be longer. If your colour request requires us to source specific fabric, production may take slightly longer than our standard 7 to 14 working days. We will always give you an accurate timeline before you commit.
Not all colours are available for all pieces. Fabric availability varies. We will always be honest with you about what is and is not possible for your chosen piece at the time of your order.
All customisation requests are subject to our design values. LSJ Regal reserves the right to decline any customisation request that conflicts with our design philosophy of modesty, dignity, and covered elegance.
