Do I need to visit a physical location to order?
No. Every order is placed and managed remotely. You order through lsjregal.com or DM us, share your measurements, and we do the rest. Your piece is delivered directly to you beautifully packaged. LSJ Regal is available wherever you are.
Can I order from outside Nigeria?
Yes. LSJ Regal ships internationally. Wherever you are, if you want to wear an LSJ Regal piece, we want to dress you. Order through lsjregal.com or contact us directly to discuss international shipping options and timelines for your location.
Can I place an order as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely. An LSJ Regal piece makes an extraordinary gift. Let us know the recipient's measurements, your preferred delivery address, and whether you would like a personalised note included. We will take care of everything.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum. Whether you are ordering one piece or an entire wardrobe from the collection, every order receives the same care and attention.

What does made to order mean?
It means your piece does not exist until you order it. Nothing is made in advance, sitting on a rack waiting for someone to fit into it. When you place your order on lsjregal.com or via DM and share your measurements, we begin making your piece — cut and constructed specifically for your body and your moment.
Why made to order instead of ready to wear?
Because we believe clothes should fit the woman, not the other way around. Made to order means you never have to squeeze, tuck, or settle. Your piece is built for you — your proportions, your height, your body exactly as it is. That is what LSJ Regal means by dressing for royalty. It is also our way of saving the earth by avoiding fast fashion and ensuring a sustainable fashion industry.
Can I customise a piece — colours, length, details?
Yes. Each piece comes in specific colourways and sizing options, but we welcome conversations about customisation. If you have a specific colour, length adjustment, or detail request, order through lsjregal.com and note your request at checkout, or DM us directly and we will discuss what is possible. Some requests may carry an additional cost depending on the nature of the customisation.
What if I am between sizes or have an unusual measurement?
This is exactly what made to order was designed for. Your measurements are taken as they are — not rounded up or down to fit a standard size chart. If you are between sizes or have a specific fit concern, share it with us when you order and we will account for it in the construction of your piece.
SIZING AND MEASUREMENTS
What measurements do you need?
The measurements we require depend on the piece you are ordering. Generally we ask for bust, waist, hips, and height. For trousers and palazzo pieces we also ask for inseam or preferred length. When you order on lsjregal.com or DM us, our team will tell you exactly what we need for your specific piece and send you a simple guide if needed.
I do not know how to take my measurements. What do I do?
Do not worry. When you place your order, we will send you a straightforward measurement guide that walks you through exactly how to measure yourself at home. A soft measuring tape and a few minutes is all it takes. If you are still unsure, we can also guide you through it via WhatsApp.
What size range does LSJ Regal offer?
Our pieces are available across a wide size range — from UK 2 to UK 24 and S to XXXL depending on the style. Because every piece is made to order, we can also accommodate sizes outside these ranges. No body is outside what LSJ Regal can dress.
Are petite and tall lengths available?
Yes. Select pieces, including the Idy Palazzo, are available in petite and tall lengths. When ordering, let us know your height and preferred length and we will ensure the piece is cut accordingly.
PRODUCTION AND TIMELINES
How long does it take to receive my order?
Because every piece is made after you order it, production takes time. Standard production time is 7 to 14 working days from the date your order is confirmed and payment received. Delivery time is in addition to production depending on your location. We will always give you an honest timeline when you place your order.
Can I get a piece made urgently?
Depending on our current production schedule, rush orders may be possible. Contact us as soon as possible with your required date and we will let you know whether we can accommodate it. Rush orders may carry an additional fee.
Will I receive updates on my order?
Yes. We believe you should never have to wonder where your piece is. Our team will send you updates at key stages — when production begins, when your piece is completed, and when it has been dispatched. You will never be left wondering.
What happens if there is a delay?
We will always communicate honestly. If there is any delay to your order, we will contact you immediately, explain the reason, and give you a revised timeline. Transparency is part of how we take care of our clients.
PAYMENT
How do I pay for my order?
Payment details are shared with you once your order is confirmed. We accept bank transfers and other payment methods like Paystack which our team will confirm with you directly when you place your order.
Do I pay before or after production begins?
Full payment is required before production begins. This is how we ensure that every piece we make has a home before we make it — and that your piece is made specifically and exclusively for you.
Are your prices in Nigerian Naira?
Yes. All LSJ Regal clothing prices are listed in Nigerian Naira. For international orders, please contact us directly and we will provide the equivalent in your preferred currency at the time of your order.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do not currently offer payment plans. All orders require full payment upfront before production begins. If this changes in future, we will communicate it to our community.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Do you deliver across Nigeria?
Yes. We deliver to all locations across Nigeria. Delivery timelines vary by location. Lagos deliveries are typically faster. For other states, our team will confirm the expected timeline when you place your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. LSJ Regal ships internationally. Contact us directly for international shipping costs and timelines for your specific location. International orders are welcomed and receive the same care as every other order.
How will my order be packaged?
Your LSJ Regal piece arrives as an experience, not just a parcel. Every order is packaged with care — tissue, box, ribbon, and a handwritten note. The unboxing is the beginning of wearing LSJ Regal, not just the delivery of it.
What if my order is damaged on arrival?
In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photographs. We will assess the situation and make it right. Your experience with LSJ Regal matters to us long after the order has been placed.
RETURNS AND ALTERATIONS
Can I return my order?
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you using your measurements, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to share accurate measurements and ask any questions before placing your order. Our team is always available to help you feel completely confident before you commit.
What if my piece does not fit correctly?
If there is a fit issue that is on our end — a construction error or a significant deviation from the measurements provided — we will alter or remake the piece at no additional cost to you. We stand behind the quality of everything that leaves our atelier.
Can I request alterations after receiving my piece?

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How do I care for my LSJ Regal pieces?
Each piece has specific care requirements based on its fabric and construction. General guidance across the collection: handwash in cold water for most pieces, sun dry in shade, never tumble dry, do not wring or twist pleated or accordion pieces, iron on low to medium heat while slightly damp if needed. Full care instructions specific to your piece are included with your order.
How do I care for satin and silk pieces?
Satin and silk pieces including the Tola Wrap Skirt and Aurora Cowl Neck Silk Blouse should be handwashed gently in cold water and sun dried flat away from direct sunlight. This preserves the sheen and drape of the fabric and extends the life of your piece significantly.
How do I care for pleated and accordion pieces?
The Ari Accordion Skirt and all pleated pieces should be handwashed in cold water and hung or sun dried without wringing or twisting. The pleat structure is maintained by allowing the fabric to dry naturally in its correct form. Never wring an accordion or pleated piece.
How do I care for the LSJ Regal scrunchies?
Hand rinse the scrunchies in cold water and air dry flat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

SebyLsj Studio offers A4 and A5 fashion sketchbooks for both female and male fashion designers, female and male fashion consultation books, and a growing range of digital tools including Excel-based business trackers designed for fashion entrepreneurs. Are the sketchbooks physical or digital?
The sketchbooks and consultation books are physical products — beautifully produced and designed for real creative work. The business tools are digital downloads, available instantly after purchase.
How do I receive my digital product after purchase?
Digital products are delivered automatically after your purchase is confirmed. You will receive a download link via email. Download limits apply to protect the integrity of the product. If you experience any issues accessing your download, contact us directly and we will resolve it promptly.
Can I buy SebyLsj products in bulk for a fashion school or institution?
